How Long is Tea Time?
Tea time is 90 minutes in length. Please arrive promptly at your tea reservation time.
What is the Dress Code for Tea?
There is no specific dress code for tea; however, most of our guests wear business casual to dresses.
Is The Johnston House Wheelchair Accessible?
The Johnston House is wheelchair accessible. There is a ramp to enter our venue. All restrooms are on the main floor. These is one step to enter our gift store, Dining Room and Library Room.
How is Tea Served?
Our professional staff will help you choose your flavor of tea from our tea menu. Your Afternoon Tea Menu will be presented and served on a three tiered silver server.
Do You Offer a Menu for Dietary Restrictions?
We accommodate vegetarian, nut free, and gluten sensitive tea menus. Gluten sensitive tea is an additional up charge. We cannot accommodate dairy free or vegan dietary restrictions. Please know that we use nuts and gluten in our facility and cannot guarantee that there will not be risk of cross contamination. Please click here to view our dietary restricted menus.
Is There an Age Limit for Tea?
We prefer an age limit of 12 and so do our customers. We do not offer a children's Afternoon Tea menu, changing station, high chair, booster seat, or nursing station.
